Using .eml For Html Mail Signature

Ideally for HTML Mail signature in Outlook Mail (windows) we use .htm file and place that file in folder Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Signatures Lets Suppose: HTML Mark

The image files go to a subfolder. Look at an existing Outlook signature that uses an image.
